I am a saucier chef. My approach is to start with the basics — onions, carrots & celery — from which I create dressings, sauces, marinades & broths that produce the final masterpiece—an explosion of tastes & flavors. Whatever is in your mind will reach your pallet. I specialize in catering, onsite chef services & meal prep. I can organize an intimate event for 5 people to large gatherings of 100. I am known for my creative & flavorful foods as well as the overall presentation.

For meal prep, I have been creating high quality meals to go. The meals are cooked from scratch & packaged for an easy reheat in your home or frozen for you to utilize another day. The menu changes weekly & I can accommodate food allergies, vegetarian & vegan needs. Check out the menu tab for the most current choices. All meals are $17 per meal, $15 for a quart of soup. My objective is to take your food crisis & transform it into an eating delight!
